• 2010 Ajax Holding SAS owns 100 % of Ascom MultiToll Solutions SAS shares and becomes MultiToll Solutions SAS

An innovation company

Today MultiToll Solutions is an innovation company presenting a totally renewed offer of equipment and solutions based on DSRC and/or RFID technology, which respond at a time to classical and free-flow tolling, electronic road pricing, urban tolls, parking, vehicle management and fare collection management.

During the last two years, our company has been concentrating on developing innovative solutions and set ambitious R&D targets allowing today to propose an entirely new generation of financially attractive solutions for road infrastructures and cities to anticipate the future requirements of the operators, especially in contactless, identification and classification technologies.

To achieve this goal, MultiToll Solutions SAS could count on the support of its financial partners, in particular OSEO, COFACE and SOCIETE GENERALE who have placed their confidence in our company during the two years of transition.

As a result, our company has benefitted from sustained investments by OSEO (French organisation supporting growth and innovation to SMEs) in France to develop MovWay, our innovating low-cost free-flow solution using revolutionary DSRC antennas which allow the removal of expensive overhead gantries or unaesthetic structures that ruin landscapes and urban environments.

Other important novelty with MovCity, our low-cost solution for vehicle management in urban areas, which has received the support of MOV'EO, the French automotive cluster aimed at boosting SMEs in accredited and financed R&D projects on national and international markets. Our innovation consists in developing a buried RFID antenna rendering gantries and masts unnecessary. Placed at strategic points, it is possible to implement a totally invisible vehicle management and controlling system with no adverse damage to the surrounding environment.

Thanks to the RFID technologies developed for MovCity, we have worked out innovating concepts for the management of parking lots and public transportation by developing the "MultiToll Pass", a credit card sized RFID payment card.
